Shipping & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Below is our full return and shipping policy.

Returns

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging with all included components

  • Return must be approved by our customer service team

  • Items that show signs of installation, mounting, welding, cutting, or modification cannot be returned

  • Items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping will not be credited

  • Closeout or clearance items are non-returnable

All International Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States. Please contact our team before ordering internationally if you have any questions.

How to Start a Return

Contact our team at support@mill-techparts.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, damage during shipping), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If we provide prepaid return labels:

  • Labels must be printed within 5 days of being issued

  • Products must be shipped within 15 days of receiving the label

  • If product is not returned within 30 days of RMA issuance, the return will be void and no refund will be issued

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all discretionary returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will not be issued if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer or improper packaging

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email.

Shipping Frequency

We currently ship orders in batches 1–2 times per week.

Packaging

Orders are packed using durable, eco-conscious materials. Some parts may ship in custom boxes depending on size and shape.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. All international sales are final. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering internationally.

Delivery Issues

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@mill-techparts.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
